Barbara J. Alexander, Ph.D.,principal and founder of Arguendo,has provided support to experts and counsel in cases ranging from
the Microsoft antitrust trial to recent investigations of Wall Street security marketing practices and environmental damages. She has worked on behalf of
the federal and state governments, plaintiffs and defendants in a wide range of complex business litigation and regulatory matters.
Dr. Alexander has been publishing and testifying on economic and regulatory issues since the early 1980s, prior to earning her Ph.D. from Harvard University in 1990. Most recently, Dr. Alexander testified at deposition in a federal price-fixing case. Dr. Alexander also testified pro bono at Victims Compensation Fund hearings for two victims of the September 11, 2001 attacks on the World Trade Center. |
